Shipping policy

Returns:

• If the product is unworn and unwashed, we will refund or exchange the product within 21 days of delivery. If 21 days have gone by since delivery of the product, we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Customer must cover the shipping cost. Contact Akemi with your order # and further questions.

• If the product arrives damaged or if the product is not what you ordered, notify us within 14 days of delivery with your order # and details. We will cover all costs.

Shipping:

• U.S. Orders Only
• All orders are made by hand. Please allow up to a week before item is shipped.
• Domestic packages should take 3-5 business days to arrive.
• All orders come with a tracking number.
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct on checkout. You will be responsible for any additional shipping costs if your package is returned due to incorrect address. Measure twice cut once.
